Rhidian Thomas awarded a PhD scholarship

MRes graduate Rhidian Thomas was awarded a PhD scholarship to start in Sept. 2014, entitled “The effects of climate change on the relationship between the native fish of Wales and invading species” which will be supervised by Dr Sian Griffiths and Dr Jo Cable. The project will lead on from Rhidian’s current research into the impact of artificial lighting on the interaction between native and invasive species in the UK. The project is funded by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, which works with higher institutions to advance learning and knowledge through the medium of Welsh.
